Terms of Purchase for Products listed on Crown International Distributing
Websites
Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without
notice. Crown International Distributing is not responsible for typographical
and/or photographical errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original
manufacturer warranty. Crown International Distributing does not offer any
technical support or sales advice. Customer pays return shipping charges for all
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) services. Crown International
Distributing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without
explanation.

Offline Processing of Payment Options
- Pre-paid company check, personal check, cashier's check or money
order as well as manual credit card transactions for the above listed
credit cards. (Note: Pre-paid methods, including cashier's checks,
take slightly longer to process due to the hand processed nature of
these transactions.)
No Purchase Orders or C.O.D. orders will be
accepted.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applicable to orders shipped within the State of Illinois at the
current applicable rate commonly in use at the time of purchase. Shipments
to other states are exempt at this time. Shipments overseas are exempt at
this time except where import fees and/or tariffs apply; the customer (you)
agree to pay any and all fees and tariffs due on international transactions.
Processing Time
You can expect your processing of your product order take place within
approximately 1 - 2 business days of the time of your electronic transaction
with Crown International Distributing. Offline and non-electronic processing may
take slightly longer. Transactions and purchases placed on holidays or
non-business days are typically processed the next full business day. We
reserve the right to verify shipping and billing information as part of fraud
deterrence on any electronic transaction; such verification procedures may
extend the processing time of your order and you will be notified if this will
take more than 5 business days.
Product Listings
Crown International Distributing strives for accuracy in all product
descriptions, photographs, listed specifications, pricing, links and any other
product related information contained herein or referenced on our websites. Due
to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all event
descriptions, photographs, listed specifications, pricing, links and any other
product related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current,
nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed
on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical,
informational, technical or other error, Crown International Distributing shall
at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said
product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
Additionally, all hyperlinks to other websites from Crown International
Distributing are provided as resources to customers looking for additional
information and/or professional opinion. We take no responsibility for any
inaccuracies found on websites not-maintained by Crown International
Distributing.
Crown International Distributing does not assume responsibility for the
claims and/or representations made on any other website.
Order Cancellation
Crown International will not cancel any order once it has processed and
shipped even if Tracking Number from the carrier has not been given to the customer.
You must seek an RMA from Crown International Distributing and return your
product and receive a refund. Non defective items may not be returned after
10 days.
Orders placed over the phone may be canceled prior to the transaction
being processed through our financial institution at no charge.
Orders placed online on any Crown International Distributing website may
potentially be cancelled within the 1 business day of placing the order if it
has not already been processed; Crown international will inform you your order
status of your order if when you contact us
to cancel an order.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA PHONE CALL. We may request
that you send an email for our records regarding a cancellation but no attempt
to cancel an order via electronic means will be honored or accepted.
Once Crown International grants your request for cancellation you will
receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately
30 business days.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Crown International realizes that products not meet the needs of a Customer
or be defective or incorrect upon delivery.
However, to ensure reasonable service and costs, Crown International will not
accept returns without prior authorization (RMA) as disclosed in this policy. Customers must acquire authorization
of return under our Product Purchase and Return Policy by contacting Crown prior to the
10th day
after receipt of product at the final destination of shipping. Authorization to
a Customer may be either in the form of electronic email or written notice in
response to the Customer's request for authorization. Once Crown has authorized
a return to our store properly, the Customer has 15 days to ensure reasonable
return of the product to Crown International. All products authorized for
return must be shipped to Crown International, 7 Fetzer Drive #2, Bloomington,
IL 61704 only even you received them from a different location. A refund is not possible
without the properly authorized return of purchased products first.
If you find defect with any product ordered through our websites within 15 days of receipt please contact
Crown International Distributing immediately. Crown International
Distributing will not authorize an RMA after 15 days from the time of receipt
and will apply individual product warranty terms after said period.
Additionally, customers are notified that some manufacturers and distributors
of products we represent and carry on our websites will ONLY accept returns directly to
themselves. Products directly shipped from the manufacturer (drop ship)
will not be eligible for return to Crown International at any time.
Customers are also here by notified that directly shipped items (drop ship) from
the manufacturer or distributor of a product to be returned are held to that
manufacturer or distributors online policies in all respects. In this
case, Crown International will inform the Customer and assist them in getting in
contact with said manufacturer as needed.
Opened software may not be returned unless defective. Defective software will
be replaced if our testing agrees that it is defective, but no refund will be
made.
Orders returned without a valid RMA will be refused and returned.
Products MAY NOT be returned to Crown International after 15 days have
passed from the date of receipt by the Customer. Crown may take steps, at our
discretion, to aid in returning products directly to the manufacturer for their
warranty support as part of
our standard Customer service, but this is not guaranteed at any time.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given to customers on products we authorize for return.
Crown International Distributing retains all discretion and right to refund
original shipping costs and/or taxes on RMA transactions.
Refunds for properly authorized return products are given within 30
business days of Crown International receiving and inspecting your shipment
(when applicable). A restocking and processing fee may apply to all
non-defective returns at our discretion; the fee is 15% of the original purchase
price of the returned product.
Credit card orders
will be refunded in the form a credit towards the original card less the credit
card discount charge, shipping and restocking fees.
Privacy
Crown International Distributing respects your privacy. We will not under any
circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in
our privacy policy. All of the information
obtained from our web site will be used for internal purposes only.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
Fair Credit Billing Act: We guarantee that every online transaction you make
will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made
to your card as a result of purchasing a product or service as listed on any
Crown International Distributing website. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If
your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire
liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if
the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own
from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized
use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance
with its reporting rules and procedures.
Purchase Agreement
Any purchase transaction made between Crown International Distributing
("Crown International Distributing") and you ("The Customer") are bound by
the terms and conditions listed on this page.
You and Crown International Distributing agree that the following terms and
conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction. Any attempt
to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer
will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are
null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at
any time, without prior written notice.
Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you
place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Crown International
Distributing.
General Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms; Orders: A product or service purchase is not binding upon
Crown International Distributing until it is accepted and properly invoice or
charged. The Customer can make payment for products and services ordered only in
the manners indicated in the above given terms unless pre-arranged with the
Crown International Distributing. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as
specified on the invoice whether received (electronically) or via conventional
mail.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the
sales transaction between Crown International Distributing and Customer shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts
of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance
of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the
International Sale of Goods. Crown International Distributing and the Customer
consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State
Courts of the State of Illinois, to resolve any dispute between them related
hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction
and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any
legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or
otherwise, against Crown International Distributing that is more than one year
after the date of the applicable invoice.
Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal,
or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or
unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this
agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed
modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable
under applicable Illinois law.
Waiver
The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any
provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right
to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party
of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the
other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is
made in writing.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES CROWN INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTING'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS
LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED. CROWN INTERNATIONAL
DISTRIBUTING SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR
ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO
THE EVENT'S IT HOSTS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. CROWN INTERNATIONAL
DISTRIBUTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE
CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS,
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT CROWN INTERNATIONAL
DISTRIBUTING HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions are the complete and exclusive agreement between
Crown International Distributing and the Customer, and they supersede all prior
or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations,
conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Crown International
Distributing and the Customer relating to the subject. This agreement may not be
explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or
usage. |
